Stavanger boasts an English language pub quiz.
Quiz nights take place the second Monday of each month. Martinique pub is the venue of choice for English-speakers keen to test their trivia skills against each other while raising funds for UNICEF Norway at the same time.
The Quiz started in June 2009.
First Quiz
Date: The Second Monday of each Month. From time-to-time the date changes based on external circumstances (election nights, holidays, etc – so check the Facebook page for updated information before you head out!)
Place: Martinique, Nytorget 14, Stavanger (Map here)
Time: 19.30-21:30 (come early for a table)
Teams: Form a team of 4-5 (Maximum!) players
Cost: kr20 donation

The first pub quiz was a great success. We raised just over 1600 NOK for UNICEF Norway from entry fees and extra donations. Thanks to Adecco for donating the prizes, which included an Mp3 Player, beach towel, wine accessories, and more. Thanks to all of you for coming out! The next quiz is 10 August at Martinique.
